This is a direct hire opportunity offering a base salary of $60k - $65k + bonus + full benefits package.

Responsibilities
- General Ledger: Prepare and post journal entries while performing ledger and cash account reconciliations in strict alignment with GAAP.
- Close Support: Support the complete month-end and year-end cycle, including the management of accruals, adjustments, and variance analysis.
- AP/AR: Monitor high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions and maintain precise inventory records.
- Financial Reports: Collaborate on the preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for executive review.
- Audit & Tax Compliance: Coordinate documentation for external auditors and manage state and federal tax obligations, including sales tax filings.
