- Lead the end-to-end RFx process, skillfully negotiating financials, term lengths, and deliverables to secure optimal supplier contracts.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including IT, InfoSec, and Legal—to guarantee commercial and technical alignment across all agreements.
- Optimize procurement strategies by meticulously analyzing spend data and developing actionable reporting metrics.
- Empower business units as their primary procurement resource, resolving escalations and providing expert post-contract guidance.
- 7+ years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management, emphasizing contract negotiation.
- Thorough understanding of contracting principles and complete contract lifecycle management.
- Advanced analytical abilities, combined with robust knowledge of spend analytics and the RFx process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to clearly articulate complex contractual language.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Prior experience within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
- Familiarity with Workday Strategic Sourcing or Scout RFP.
