Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers with patience and care
- Help callers schedule or reschedule appointments and update personal information
- Answer basic questions about patient account balances and general portal login steps
- Accurately type notes and log call details into our system while speaking with callers
- Connect patients with nurses, billing specialists, or local clinic staff when needed
- Protect patient privacy by following basic security and HIPAA guidelines
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call centers
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer screens and typing while talking
- Communication skills with a clear, calm, and friendly phone manner
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
- Punctual and dependable attitude with a desire to learn
- Hourly pay starting at $18.00 to $20.00 depending on background and experience
- Fully paid, structured training program to set you up for success
