Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle AP Processing: Review, code, and input high-volume vendor invoices with precision, ensuring proper general ledger allocation and approval workflows.
- Three-Way Matching: Perform routine 3-way matching across purchase orders, receiving reports, and vendor invoices to verify pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Vendor Operations & Statements: Manage vendor accounts, reconcile monthly supplier statements, and swiftly resolve billing inquiries or invoice discrepancies.
- Disbursement Support: Assist with weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and ensure vendor profiles, tax documents (W-9s), and payment terms are current.
- Month-End & Filing: Support month-end close activities by identifying unbilled expenses for accruals and maintaining organized physical/electronic accounting files.
