Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Manage and optimize clearinghouse enrollment processes, set up workgroups, and resolve EDI/ERA claim rejections. Ensure seamless electronic claims submission, remit setups, and payer correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor, and manage clearinghouse workgroups and user permissions.
- Process, track, and enroll EDI, ERA, and EFT agreements with payers.
- Work and resolve claim rejections, enrollment errors, and denials.
- Maintain accurate account documentation throughout implementation.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables) for data tracking.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- strong background in EDI, ERA, and clearinghouse enrollment workflows.
- Hands-on experience setting up workgroups and resolving rejected claims in clearinghouses (such as Waystar or Availity).
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
