Responsibilities
Order Processing & Logistics
- Enter orders into SAP to trigger warehouse pick-and-pack operations.
- Process order details, verify pricing, track inventory, and update customers on delivery status.
- Coordinate across internal teams to schedule deliveries and confirm availability.
- Resolve customer and sales team inquiries regarding orders and product styles.
- Open, update, and manage standard and consignment customer accounts.
- Handle daily invoicing, returns, chargebacks, and credit/debit memos.
- Generate sales reports, track account shipping data, and maintain accurate records.
