- Manufacturing Recruitment Background: Direct experience recruiting within a fast-paced manufacturing, industrial, or technical production facility.
- Dual-Track Requisition Scope: Proven track record filling both exempt (e.g., Integration Engineers, Technical Specialists) and non-exempt (e.g., Material Handlers, Warehouse/Assembly) positions.
- High-Volume Capacity: Demonstrated success managing 25+ active requisitions concurrently while maintaining quality and time-to-fill targets.
- Creative Sourcing: Proven ability to deploy non-traditional sourcing methods to attract talent in difficult-to-fill technical and light industrial skill sets.
- End-to-End Ownership: Experience managing pre-employment screening logistics (drug tests, background checks) and tracking candidates closely through final disposition.
- Independence & Drive: Highly self-motivated with superior multi-tasking and time management skills; able to operate effectively with minimal daily supervision.

Responsibilities
- High-Volume Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 25+ open requisitions at a time across exempt (Engineering, Technical) and non-exempt (Material Handlers, Operations) manufacturing roles.
- Innovative Talent Sourcing: Bring novel, creative approaches to sourcing candidates in competitive markets, utilizing local community outreach, niche technical boards, passive sourcing, and referral networks.
- Candidate Screening & Pipeline Management: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, assess technical/operational fit, and coordinate interview schedules with manufacturing hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Pre-Employment Coordination: Initiate, monitor, and track candidates through mandatory pre-employment background checks and drug screenings to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Process Tracking & Multi-Tasking: Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, update requisition metrics, and balance high-touch candidate management alongside administrative recruitment workflows.
