Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Perform full-cycle, in-house payroll processing and reimbursements in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Collaborate with HR and management to ensure accurate paychecks, time tracking, and tax reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end, full-cycle payroll processing independently for multiple shifts and job types.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws, including W-2 reporting.
- Utilize automated time and attendance systems to verify hours and calculate reimbursements.
- Partner with HR and department managers to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of employee payroll processing experience in an environment with non-outsourced payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (UKG, PeopleSoft, or API timekeeping experience a plus).
- strong knowledge of multi-shift payroll, Federal Form W-2 requirements, and payroll compliance.
