Responsibilities
Lease & Transaction Processing
- Dissect & Validate Transactions: Review and analyze dealer lease transactions in compliance with CFS operational and risk guidelines.
- Binding Agreements: Issue Purchase Order (PO) Approvals and enter into binding agreements with dealers and equipment end-users within assigned authority limits.
- Contract & Data Accuracy: Validate pricing, MSRP requirements, and channel-specific lease documentation with a high standard of data entry precision.
- UCC Filings: Understand Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processes, including when and how to process UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings.
- Financial Calculations: Apply an understanding of interest rates, yields, and money movement between leases to protect profitability and manage data revisions.
- Pipeline Management: Track signing authorities, perform verbal verifications, handle Delivery & Acceptance (D&A) requests, and manage active pipelines (PO Pends and Fund Pends).
- Dealer & Customer Support: Anticipate dealer and customer needs, delivering service that exceeds expectations while maintaining a drive to win business for CFS.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth lease terminations and monetary adjustments.
