- B2B Collections Expertise: Direct experience in business-to-business collections (leasing experience is highly preferred; 3rd-party agency background is not applicable).
- Communication Skills: Clear, articulate spoken and written communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Financial Background: Knowledge of accounting fundamentals and cash application processes.
- Education: A degree in Business or Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Active Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to business customers regarding commercial accounts and leasing agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, delivering exceptional service while resolving past-due balances.
- Financial Operations: Handle accounting tasks, account reconciliations, and cash applications accurately.
- Communication: Maintain professional email and phone correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve account inquiries.
