Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable processing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Perform strict 3-way matching on all incoming transactions (matching Purchase Orders, Receiving Tickets/Bills, and Invoices).
- Enter, code, and route high volumes of vendor invoices accurately into NetSuite.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve invoice discrepancies regarding pricing, quantities, or PO data by coordinating with plant managers, procurement, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage weekly AP payment runs (checks, ACH, electronic transfers) and review vendor aging reports.
- Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations and respond promptly to vendor inquiries.
- Assist John Healy (Controller) with month-end AP closing procedures, accruals, and audit preparation.
