Operating Days: Wednesday through Monday (Closed every Tuesday)
- AM Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with exhibit entry and ticket scanning.
- Provide helpful information regarding the exhibit layout, rules, and local area amenities.
- Manage crowd flow and maintain a welcoming environment in key exhibit areas.
- Answer guest questions with enthusiasm and basic knowledge of the exhibit.
- Assist with light sanitization, keeping entryways and high-traffic areas tidy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic guest inquiries with a helpful attitude.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned shifts reliably.
- Comfortable standing and walking for the duration of a shift.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or event staffing is a plus!
- Location: Vibrant Inner Harbor site, right next to the National Aquarium.
- Parking: Parking validation/discount options (stickers or direct promo code) will be provided for working shifts.
