Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, manage attendee communications, and handle room bookings efficiently.
- Plan end-to-end travel arrangements and detailed itineraries in compliance with company T&E policies.
- Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports accurately for Clinical Development Leaders and team members.
- Draft, format, and maintain reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
- Optimize administrative workflows, liaise across teams, and maintain professional internal and external relationships.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of executive support experience
- Biotech/pharma industry experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Concur
