Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Manage customer service functions including answering phone and email inquiries, processing orders, and providing follow-up support to resolve issues for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Take, enter, and track customer orders accurately.
- Research and troubleshoot complex customer issues to provide effective solutions.
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and research capabilities.
- Preferred: Previous customer service, retail, or healthcare experience.
