Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Client Service Teams to deliver exceptional service to UHNW clients
- Maintain accuracy of client data and documentation within internal systems and applications
- Collaborate with custodians and internal Operations to ensure efficient processing of client requests
- Prepare new account documentation, contracts, and subscription agreements
- Manage account openings and closures, including SMA and brokerage accounts
- Oversee cash and security movements (deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, journals)
- Review and verify billing for accuracy and completeness
- Manage a client base of approximately 25–35 clients, prioritizing multiple client needs and operational requests
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Finance or Business concentration
- 4–5 years of experience in financial services, client support, or operations
- Direct experience working with High Net Worth (HNW) or Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients strongly preferred
- Experience supporting UHNW clients with approximately $10–20 million or more in assets under management is highly relevant
- Experience with Alternative Investments is a significant plus, given the complexity of these investments and related client-service and operational requirements
- Familiarity with key financial-services systems, including Fidelity, Schwab, and Salesforce, is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, client-focused setting
