Responsibilities
Role Summary
Responsible for creating and maintaining production plans to ensure efficient manufacturing, on-time delivery, and balanced inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules
- Consolidate demand, inventory, and capacity data to create feasible plans
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and procurement teams
- Monitor and adjust schedules based on changes in demand or constraints
- Support ERP planning (MPS/MRP) and ensure data accuracy
- Track and report key KPIs (e.g., delivery, inventory, plan adherence)
- Support S&OP process and provide planning inputs
- Identify and drive improvements in planning processes
- Experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing (3+ years preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP/MRP) preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred but not required
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work cross-functionally
- Proactive and solution-focused
