Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2–3 years of scheduling experience.
- Technical: Proficient in MS Office, with MS Excel skills (v2010 or newer).
- Skills: Organizational skills, keen attention to detail, clear communication, and solid analytical abilities.
- Systems experience with SAP, Kronos, or Indeavor.
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Shift Scheduling: Create accurate shift schedules to meet production demands. Work closely with Supervisors to adapt quickly to changing operational needs and issue daily crew sheets.
- CBA & Compliance: Ensure all scheduling adheres strictly to Collective Bargaining Agreement rules, regulatory standards, and K-LEAN processes. Support initial research on scheduling grievances.
- Leave & Off-Work Events: Coordinate vacations, leaves of absence (LOA), bereavement, training, and company events according to policy and contractual limits. Manage employee recalls from layoff.
- Attendance & Data Management: Record daily attendance, track trends, and maintain retention-compliant documentation. Generate regular reports on absenteeism, overtime, and monthly labor hours.
- Food Safety & Plant Standards: Uphold plant safety and food safety rules (allergen control, pest control, and sanitation) to ensure the facility remains fully compliant.
- Talent & Operational Support: Support hourly training, onboarding, and Diversity & Inclusion goals. Identify operational risks, recommend process improvements, and drive company K-Values.
