Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Direct experience managing product life cycles within the bioprocessing, biotechnology, or life sciences sector.
- Proven track record of launching new products through a formal stage-gate development process.
- strong financial acumen with experience managing product pricing, forecasting, and profitability.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to bridge technical, commercial, and operational teams.
- Familiarity with CAPA processes, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks in BioScience.
- Background in conducting market intelligence and voice-of-customer research within workflow solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead Portfolio Strategy: Manage the full product life cycle, from long-term roadmap planning to pricing strategies that hit key revenue and profitability goals.
- Drive Innovation: Conduct customer research to build compelling business cases, define product specifications, and oversee beta testing for new product launches.
- Forecast & Manage Inventory: Partner with Sales and Operations to deliver accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
- Deliver Technical & Regulatory Support: Serve as the product expert for cross-functional teams, handling second-line technical inquiries and supporting safety, regulatory compliance, and change control processes.
