Responsibilities
- Reconcile and apply funds received for balances due by agents, including processing deposits and EFTs.
- Handle agency inquiries regarding cash investigations, expedited refunds, chargebacks, and reissuing/reapplying funds.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly commission payment summary reports and manual collections statements.
- Monitor and resolve outstanding/stale-dated checks and analyze non-routine payment disputes.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department on commission/sales incentive processing questions.
