What You’ll Do
- Screen & Match: Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for light industrial roles.
- Build Talent Pools: Connect with English and Spanish-speaking job seekers across the local community.
- Guide Candidates: Support applicants through the hiring process from initial call to placement.
- Fluent in English & Spanish: Essential for communicating with our candidates and clients.
- Great on the Phone: Comfortable and confident conducting high-volume candidate calls.
- People-First Attitude: Recruiting experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and communication skills are what count most!

Responsibilities
- Sourcing Talent - Find active and passive candidates using Randstad App, job boards, career fairs, and professional networks
- Screening and Interviewing - Review resumes and conduct quick phone calls or initial video chats to test basic skills and fits
- Partnering with Managers -Meet with department heads to understand job needs and write accurate job descriptions
- Managing the Process: Schedule interviews, track candidate progress in a database, and give feedback to applicants
