Join our Business Licensing division as a Customer Operations Associate. In this critical onsite role, you will be the operational backbone of our Account Services Department, driving the successful preparation, submission, and management of client licensing applications. We empower our team members to take ownership of their project workflows while fostering a highly collaborative and engaging environment.

Your Impact and Opportunities

• Execute Complex Filings: Prepare and submit 50-100 specialized applications weekly to obtain, amend, or renew licenses across diverse industries.
  
  
• Drive Client Success: Collaborate proactively with Account Managers to overcome licensure barriers and ensure the timely fulfillment of all filing orders.
  
  
• Optimize Systems: Spearhead accurate database management by documenting process changes and relaying critical updates to research and onboarding teams.
  
  
• Collaborative Support: Perform comprehensive account audits and support peers during high-volume mailing months or PTO absences.
  
  
• Streamline Operations: Master email management and account administration to maintain seamless, customer-centric project workflows.
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  
  
• 2 + years of proven expertise in data entry, licensing, or customer data management.
  
  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the tact to communicate effectively with government agencies while securely handling sensitive data.
  
  
• Outstanding technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online, and Adobe PDF.
  
  
• Superb organizational and time management skills to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume operational setting.
