Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Support the Federal No Surprises Act (NSA) Independent Dispute Resolution process. Review arbitration disputes, organize case documentation, and ensure complete, compliant submissions to certified IDR entities within required timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize arbitration packets for provider dispute submissions.
- Review arbitration disputes and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain dispute details in tracking systems, SharePoint, and internal databases.
- Monitor assigned workload to prioritize cases according to strict regulatory due dates.
- Support operational administrative tasks, including fee payment tracking.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of claims, healthcare operations, or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- strong organizational, data validation, and multi-tasking skills.
- Note: Prior Amisys experience is a disqualifier.
