An established, fast-growing consumer goods company is expanding its operational team following a strategic department reorganization. We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Order Management Analyst to oversee high-volume purchase order workflows and ensure seamless execution between sales, inventory, and overseas manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities
- Monitor company and EDI inboxes for incoming Purchase Orders (POs); perform EDI mapping for assigned accounts, export orders to ERP systems, prepare bulk-processing templates, and manually process non-EDI orders.
- Oversee and maintain the Procurement Master Order Tracker to ensure customer order statuses are accurate, vendor POs release on time, and ship dates align with inventory availability.
- Enforce brand-specific nuances and strict customer vendor manuals (packaging guidelines, polybags, specialized labeling) across all order workflows.
- Analyze stock availability during allocation, recommend alternative options to reduce inventory exposure, and navigate complex vendor allocation rules.
- Collaborate daily with Product Development, Planning, Sales, and Asia-based merchandisers to confirm POs, resolve supply chain roadblocks, and ensure on-time global delivery.
- Review "Mass Order Log" open PO reports, lead status updates during regular log calls, and escalate order-processing issues to management.
