- Technical Skills: Proficient computer literacy with direct experience in State and Federal e-filing.

- Salary Range: $62,500 – $72,500 annually, depending on experience.

- Legal Document Preparation: Drafting, formatting, and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
- Proceeding Logistics: Organizing and coordinating meetings, depositions, and mediations among all involved parties.
- Electronic Court Filing: E-filing legal documents accurately in both Federal and State Courts.
- Client & Staff Support: Interacting and collaborating with clients, staff, and legal teams within a supportive culture.
- Time-Sensitive Priority Management: Multi-tasking and independently managing deadline-driven civil litigation tasks.
- In-Office & Hybrid Operations: Fulfilling daily administrative responsibilities on-site and in a hybrid schedule at the Orlando office.
