Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current members to review plan options, answer questions, and explain plan details.
- Assess distinct prospect needs and guide them toward selecting appropriate Medicare Advantage products.
- Complete phone enrollment applications accurately, completely, and in full compliance with product guidelines and CMS regulations.
- Build friendly, empathetic, and trusting relationships on every call.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, CMS rules, state licensure requirements, appointments, and annual product certifications.
