Responsibilities

• Accurately enter sales orders, issue order confirmations, and track shipments through final delivery.
  
  
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries regarding services, product specifications, and account details.
  
  
• Troubleshoot non-routine customer complaints, resolve delivery date discrepancies, and issue account credits within authorized limits.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to streamline service delivery.
  
  
• Access, update, and manage accurate client data within the internal customer computer system.
  
  
• Offer feedback to management regarding customer insights to help refine sales processes and service quality.
