We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Fraud & Claims Operations Representatives to join a top-tier financial institution in downtown Des Moines. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, investigate potentially fraudulent account activity, support operational tasks, and deliver exceptional resolution for customers. Shifts: M-F 8am-5 or 9am-6pm Pay: $19-19.50/hr Location: Downtown Des Moines, IA 6 month contract (extension possible)

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls regarding potential fraud and claims inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  
  
• Investigate potentially fraudulent activity across customer accounts while prioritizing daily workflow independently.
  
  
• Navigate multiple internal databases, search tools, and systems simultaneously to resolve complex issues.
  
  
• Identify and document customer complaints in compliance with company standards.
  
  
• Recommend process and tool improvements to optimize team efficiency and operational workflows.
  
  
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to assist team members on complex claims matters.
