Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Address inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, procedures, and general employment matters.
- Assist employees with HR tasks, including onboarding, benefit program enrollments (health, retirement, wellness), and personal information updates.
- Resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and workplace policies in a timely manner.
- Utilize an electronic case management tool to maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions for reporting purposes.
- Educate employees on company HR policies, updates, and available self-service resources.
- Handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality and discretion, adhering to privacy standards.
- Apply critical thinking to identify when cases should be escalated to Tier 1 (senior team members) or Tier 2 (subject matter experts), communicating response expectations clearly to employees.
- Use the HR Information System (HRIS) to reference employee data and work history.
- Maintain high levels of employee satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and accurate support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
