Responsibilities
- Perform heavy data entry in Microsoft Excel and JDE (Oracle JD Edwards) to track ingredient consumption numbers, inventory, and operational metrics.
- Process, verify, and reconcile daily employee timesheets for accuracy.
- Serve as the main communication bridge between shift managers, production leadership, and floor employees.
- Provide administrative and clerical support across production, shipping, and receiving departments.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and departmental documentation.
- Perform primary work from a private office environment, with occasional trips onto the plant/warehouse floor as needed.
