About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Scanner & Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Downtown Pittsburgh.
Operating in a production-focused mail center environment, you will be responsible for scanning, indexing, classifying, and verifying high-volume client documents. The ideal candidate possesses fast and accurate typing skills, comfort with document imaging software and technology, and a commitment to maintaining strict privacy and accuracy standards under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Document Indexing & Data Entry: Review and classify scanned documents by verifying form fields and accurately entering alpha-numeric data into pre-defined client fields.
- Quality Assurance: Meticulously inspect digital images to ensure clear scanning quality, proper page alignment, and defect-free output.
- SLA & Business Rule Compliance: Match paperwork to corresponding client accounts while adhering strictly to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), business rules, and legal/privacy guidelines.
- Data Security & Ethics: Protect organization assets, uphold strict ethical standards, and safeguard non-public personally identifiable information.
- Cross-Operational Support: Assist team members across other mailroom and document production areas as needed to meet daily deadlines.
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in high-volume data entry, document imaging, or production office services preferred.
- Technical Skills: Fast, accurate alpha-numeric typing skills; familiarity with document imaging software and digital scanning tools is a strong plus.
- Key Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong initiative, a results-oriented mindset, and a willingness to quickly adapt to new hardware and software.
