You will serve as the subject matter expert driving corporate card administration, policy compliance, vendor operations, and reporting analytics.If you bring hands-on experience with SAP Concur, advanced Excel capabilities, and a background managing American Express corporate card programs, this is an opportunity to elevate your career.

Responsibilities

• Systems Integration & Vendor Operations:
  
  
  • Support and assist with the end-to-end integration and optimization of SAP Concur.
    
    
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for external managed service partners.
    
    
  • Manage relationships with travel management companies, airlines, and hotels to track vendor performance and achieve contract savings.
    
    
• Expense Audit, Controls & Card Administration:
  
  
  • Administer corporate card accounts and reconciliations, specifically leveraging American Express enterprise platforms.
    
    
  • Oversee the employee reimbursement process, ensuring accurate, timely submissions and adherence to policy, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
    
    
  • Audit expense reports, resolve discrepancies, enforce internal controls, and support internal/external audit requests.
    
    
• Reporting, Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
  
  
  • Utilize advanced Excel functionality (PivotTables, lookup formulas, data modeling) to track spending trends, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
    
    
  • Develop, refine, and maintain corporate T&E policies, duty-of-care practices, and travel risk management procedures.
    
    
  • Supervise and coach T&E coordinators, fostering a customer-service-driven environment.
