- xperience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
- Systems: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now, RUN, or similar software strongly preferred).
- Software: Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Discretion: High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information sensitive to HR.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities
- Payroll Pre-Processing: Review, collect, and verify weekly/bi-weekly timesheets; input pay adjustments, overtime, bonuses, and commission rates directly into ADP.
- Data Maintenance: Update employee profiles in ADP for status changes, promotions, pay rate updates, tax withholdings (W-4s), direct deposit accounts, and terminations.
- Time & Attendance Management: Monitor ADP Time & Attendance modules to track PTO requests, missing clock-ins, FMLA leave, and attendance violations.
- Onboarding & System Setup: Send digital onboarding packets through ADP Workforce Now, review submitted I-9s/W-4s, and assign employee IDs.
- Benefits Enrollment Support: Assist employees with annual open enrollment via the ADP portal and ensure benefit deductions sync accurately with payroll.
- Custom Reporting: Run standard and customized HR/payroll reports from ADP (e.g., headcounts, turnover rates, PTO accrual balances, audit logs) for HR management.
- Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for staff regarding ADP self-service login issues, password resets, direct deposit setups, and paycheck queries.
- Compliance & Recordkeeping: Maintain digital employee files in compliance with federal/state laws and ensure I-9 verification forms are audited.
- Recruiting Coordination: Post open positions, schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipelines within ADP Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
