Responsibilities

• Outbound Logistics & Operations: Coordinate and process outbound shipments according to customer requirements and inventory levels. Audit outgoing shipments for JDE conformance and inspect shipping lanes for customer pickups.
• Report Management & Reconciliation: Maintain ownership of the 560, 999, Daily Dock, and Staging Dock reports. Investigate and reconcile all status discrepancies and remove inventory from M Hold Status.
• Dashboard & KPI Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and reconcile Power BI dashboards to ensure KPI accuracy. Report inventory insights and findings directly to warehouse management.
• Administrative & Communication: Monitor emails and team communications for urgent customer shipping updates. Manage digital record retention for warehouse shipping documents using SharePoint, and support physical inventory audits.
