Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide training for new Associates in the process. Inform the Glue Operators of any problems occurring on the line. Inform the Glue Operators when running short on supplies. Assist with clearing jam ups occurring on machine fed lines. Consult job ticket for proper packing instructions prior to starting a new job/shift. Capable of lifting 40 lbs. Backup other Associates on machine fed lines as needed to keep production going. Communicate instructions to other Associates/shifts. Participate in any tasks necessary to allow for continuous operation of the process. Follow all Plant Safety rules and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor the level of quality in the products being produced. Comply with the Consolidated Standards for Inspection – Food Contact Manufacturing Facilities following SQF Guidelines.
