In this essential position, you will manage core financial operations, including customer and vendor contract administration, billing, pricing, and vendor invoice processing. You will take the lead in researching unmatched customer shipment transactions, uncovering the root causes of line exceptions, and developing innovative solutions to resolve complex customer and vendor requests. Operating in a collaborative environment with strong internal controls, you will participate in regular team meetings to review key metrics and ensure high-level customer support.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Execute daily finance operations involving customer and vendor contract administration, pricing, customer billing, vendor invoice processing, and shipment transaction research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research unmatched shipment transactions to identify appropriate PO numbers and cost center details for accurate customer billing.
- Analyze exception lines to identify root causes of customer-specific issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Process customer billing, vendor invoices, rebates, and chargebacks in compliance with internal controls.
- Respond to non-standard customer and vendor requests while maintaining service level objectives.
- Participate in regular team meetings to track performance metrics, resolve open issues, and support a productive work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, billing, or logistics.
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
