In this key role, you will oversee quality standards across a fast-paced production setting—sampling output, verifying accuracy, and entering critical data into our system. Working a consistent 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, you will collaborate with an active quality control team to hit daily productivity goals. This temp-to-perm position is ideal for an adaptable problem solver with background experience in manufacturing, production, or quality inspection.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Oversee quality standards within a high-volume print and mail environment. Conduct product sampling, perform data entry, and track quality metrics to ensure overall accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality sampling on materials and completed client print/mail products.
- Enter detailed production data into database tracking systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the QC team to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
- Track, document, and report key quality data using MS Office applications.
- Quality inspection experience in a manufacturing, production, or food service setting.
- strong attention to detail, basic math, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime (1-3 times/month) and bank holidays as needed.
