Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Deliver High-Quality Service: Provide prompt, accurate responses to incoming operational inquiries across multiple communication channels to support overall efficiency.
- Resolve Inquiries & Research Issues: Investigate routine operational questions, perform necessary follow-ups, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Manage Documentation & Account Approvals: Review and approve account documentation and advisory program enrollments through both automated and manual workflows.
- Mitigate Risk & Maintain Governance: Identify operational risks in daily activities, escalate concerns promptly, and enforce strict adherence to business policies and governance standards across the firm's investment advisory programs.
- Experience in financial services operations, wealth management, or investment advisory support.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with a track record of effective problem-solving.
- Proven understanding of operational risk management, governance, and business policy enforcement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multi-channel inquiries effectively.
