Responsibilities
- Direct all operational phases for assigned events, including registration, speaker coordination, run-of-shows, and travel logistics.
- Lead live operations for both in-person and virtual/hybrid convenings, ensuring technical setups and logistics run without friction.
- Draft vendor contracts, manage logistics budgets, process expense reports, and complete post-event financial reconciliation in accordance with internal policies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal staff, external partners, speakers, and vendors across all phases of event planning and execution.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, help build process documentation, and optimize workflows in project management software.
- Partner with senior team members to support large-scale, high-visibility flagship convenings.
