In this role, you will manage existing client relationships, support sales operations, answer customer inquiries, and recommend additional products to help clients grow their businesses. - 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, CRM/database entry, email).
- Warm, outgoing personality with written and verbal communication.
- Natural ability to multitask, organize details, and recognize upselling opportunities.
- Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends!).

Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for incoming client calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Sales Support & Upselling: Process orders, prepare quotes, and actively suggest product add-ons or upgrades.
- Account Management: Assist active customers with project updates and reach out to past clients to secure new business.
- Order Tracking: Enter project specs into the database and coordinate closely with the production team.
