Location: Boynton Beach, FL Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start times to fit candidate preference; virtually no overtime required) Pay Rate: $26.44 – $31.25 per hour (equivalent to $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely alongside operational leadership to handle diverse administrative, sales support, and client service duties. This position offers a clear career pathway: you will start by shadowing operational management with the long-term goal of stepping into an Operations Manager role.

Daily duties include:

• Supporting customer service, order processing, sales inquiry routing, and material dispatching.
• Assisting with market research and helping allocate materials for 20–30 daily orders.
• Utilizing Sage or similar ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks) for operational processing.
• Assisting with administrative tasks across tax, marine, website, and repair divisions.
• Collaborating smoothly in a shared office and warehouse environment where dynamic teamwork is key.
