We are seeking a self-motivated, engaging, and client-focused Tax Manager to join a reputable team in Warwick, RI. The ideal candidate thrives on delivering high-quality work, staying ahead of evolving tax regulations, and acting as a trusted advisor to businesses, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals. This role combines hands-on technical tax leadership, client relationship management, and team mentorship. Responsibilities

• Client Advisory & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients; proactively identify tax issues, propose clear solution options, and collaborate with partners on tax planning strategies.
  
  
• Tax Compliance & Review: Oversee and review tax returns and workpapers for businesses, trusts, and individuals. Manage complex reporting requirements, including foreign reporting compliance (FBAR, Form 5471).
  
  
• Technical Research: Research complex tax rules, stay current on changing tax laws and accounting standards, and provide actionable guidance to clients.
  
  
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, supervise, and evaluate tax staff—providing hands-on coaching, training, and support to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
  
  
• Practice Development: Assist firm leadership with business development initiatives to help drive practice growth and expand client relationships.
