Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily tactical business requirements for client accounts.
- Interact directly with clients to translate customer and business requirements into clear deliverables.
- Investigate and resolve tactical questions and issues raised by clients or internal teams.
- Manage and monitor the daily flow of orders, including backlog management, order reconciliation, expediting, and new part setups.
- Accurately monitor and forecast stock levels, manage inventory turns, and track liabilities born by the customer.
- Manage first-level client escalations and ensure all contractual obligations are met to drive high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and monitor special projects, such as new service launches, across internal departments and client teams.
- Education: High school diploma or vocational education required.
- Customer-Facing Experience: 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience required.
- Pricing & Invoicing: 5+ years of experience with pricing and invoicing required, including understanding complex pricing models.
- 3PL & Warehouse Experience: Prior 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience required.
- Operational Knowledge: Prior warehouse environment experience required.
- ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with SAP ERP required.
- Mobility & Travel: Comfortable traveling to Miami, FL and Nashville, TN for initial training and organizational onboarding while the Las Vegas facility is being completed.
