Responsibilities
- Commercial Portfolio Management: Proactively contact business debtors via telephone, email, and written correspondence to recover past-due commercial balances.
- Dispute & Claim Resolution: Identify root causes of non-payment, resolve billing or contractual discrepancies, and collaborate with client financial teams to facilitate swift resolution.
- Account Tracking & Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed notes of all collection activities, payment arrangements, and skip-tracing efforts within the agency's management system.
- Client & Management Reporting: Provide clear account status updates to account managers and clients regarding high-balance or complex accounts.
- Escalation Support: Identify accounts requiring legal action or formal demand letters and prepare documentation for supervisory review.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in B2B commercial collections, accounts receivable, or corporate customer service.
