Position Overview
As a People Experience Specialist, you will shape our workplace culture across the entire employee lifecycle—from delivering memorable public orientation sessions for fresh talent to facilitating respectful, smooth offboarding transitions. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Public Speaking & Facilitation: High comfort level presenting to groups, facilitating workshops, and hosting orientation sessions.
- Experience:
- 3 years of Offboarding / Termination processing experience
- 3 years of People Experience or Engagement Program support
- 3 years of Microsoft Excel and Report Analysis experience
- 2 years of HR Generalist Support experience (preferred)
- 3 years of Offboarding / Termination processing experience
- Technical & Soft Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Record Management / Documentation.
- strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and event management capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Public Orientation: Design and facilitate engaging orientation sessions for new hire groups. Coordinate pre-boarding activities (welcome emails, paperwork, workstation setup), lead initial training sessions, and collect feedback to continually enhance the onboarding journey.
- Offboarding & Transitions: Conduct exit interviews, capture feedback to identify retention trends, and coordinate knowledge transfer. Manage offboarding administration, including equipment return, final payroll, and benefits termination compliance.
- Early Career & Talent Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building workshops, and social events. Handle all logistics (venue, catering, scheduling) and measure event impact through post-event surveys.
- HR Generalist Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries across their lifecycle. Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation specifically tied to onboarding and offboarding workflows.
