- Physical Capability: Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move items up to 40 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Reliability: Attendance track record, attention to detail, and ability to commit to the full coverage schedule through October 30, 2026.

Responsibilities
- Office & Facilities Operations: Conduct regular floor walks across office suites to ensure common areas, conference rooms, and work centers remain tidy, stocked, and presentable.
- Supply & Pantry Inventory: Monitor, restock, and maintain inventory across office supply stations, copy centers, and kitchen/pantry areas.
- Mail & Package Support: Assist with receiving, sorting, and logging incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Site Coordination: Serve as an on-site point of contact for daily employee service requests, light room setups, and reporting facilities or maintenance items to building management.
