Salary: $20 - $24 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities:
- Handle Daily Payments: Log incoming checks and electronic transfers (EFTs) directly into agent accounts.
- Help Agents: Answer email and phone questions from agents regarding payment updates, quick refunds, and billing corrections.
- Create Reports: Build straightforward monthly and quarterly summaries of commission payouts and billing statements.
- Solve Payment Issues: Track down old or uncashed checks and research unusual payment mix-ups to keep records accurate.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with Marketing to answer questions about bonuses and commission programs.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in basic Accounts Receivable (AR), cash applications, or billing.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Tech Skills: Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for tracking and organizing data.
- Communication: Clear written and spoken communication skills with a prompt, helpful approach to resolving questions.
