Responsibilities

• Streamline incoming submission workflows by logging, organizing, and evaluating new business and renewal applications.
  
  
• Conduct initial risk assessments to verify file completeness and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines.
  
  
• Bridge information gaps by proactively engaging agents and brokers to collect critical account details.
  
  
• Standardize digital filing protocols to preserve audit-ready documentation across the underwriting lifecycle.
  
  
• Drive retention strategy by taking full ownership of assigned renewal account portfolios.
  
  
• Establish structured milestone schedules to ensure target deadlines are consistently met.
  
  
• Cultivate responsive relationships with agency partners through consistent, transparent status updates.
  
  
• Monitor pending requirements and deploy systematic follow-ups to prevent processing delays.
  
  
• Synthesize raw account data, loss runs, and history to produce structured underwriting summary files.
  
  
• Analyze loss history metrics, experience modifications, and rating elements for technical review.
  
  
• Manage data integrity across central databases and workflow tracking systems.
  
  
• Facilitate pricing operations and exchange between external carrier partners and internal underwriters.
