Randstad has an immediate need for an Operations Specialist to support client account setup, maintenance, data accuracy, and daily operations within a financial services organization. This position will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining account information across internal systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary, and providing timely support to internal clients. This is a non-technical financial operations role focused on account setup, data management, and account maintenance. It is not an IT or software development position.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to work comfortably with data and computer systems while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Experience in financial services, banking operations, account administration, data entry, or a similar operations environment is a plus. Responsibilities

- Set up new accounts, make changes to existing accounts, and close accounts as needed.
- Enter and maintain account information across multiple internal systems.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and updates to existing accounts.
- Review information for completeness, accuracy, and inconsistencies.
- Research and resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
- Communicate account-opening and maintenance status to internal teams.
- Work closely with client service and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow established procedures to minimize operational risk.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
- Develop an understanding of how various systems and business processes interact.
- Provide professional and responsive internal client service.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred/required.
- Exceptional computer and PC skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate problems appropriately.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
