- Bachelors Degree required, Accounting or Finance major preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
- Experience supporting business systems, master data, or ERP applications
- CPG Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-5 years of progressive finance experience
- Cost accounting experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Oracle ERP experience or experience with a comparable ERP system is required
- Experience working with master data management, reporting, and business process controls
- Ability to analyze/troubleshoot system and data issues
- Experience supporting Oracle item master, product data, manufacturing, inventory, or costing modules
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, engineering change processes, or master data governance
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools
- Understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Advanced project support and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Experience documenting business processes and operational procedures

Responsibilities
- Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) requests for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate authorized approvals prior to processing
- Maintain established service level agreements (SLAs) for ECO processing turnaround times and quality metrics
- Support formula maintenance activities and ensure accurate system setup
- Perform ongoing process monitoring to identify and resolve issues affecting system functionality and data integrity
- Create, maintain, and cleanse Item Master records within enterprise applications
- Validate master data entries and ensure consistency across systems
- Deliver ad hoc reports and analyses to support business decision-making
- Investigate and resolve application, transaction, and data-related issues
- Support compliance initiatives and maintain adherence to established policies, procedures, and controls
- Document business processes, system procedures, and troubleshooting guidance
