In this key role, you will be responsible for keying member and provider claims with exceptional accuracy while maintaining daily productivity goals. Working from the comfort of your home workspace during standard Central Time business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST), you will process change request forms, doctor selections, provider terminations, and first-time claims. This role offers an initial structured 1-week training program followed by a supportive 3-month ramp-up schedule to ensure your ultimate success. If you bring strong data entry skills, high attention to detail, and a reliable remote setup, this role offers a great platform to apply and grow your skills with potential for long-term extension or conversion.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Process high-volume healthcare claims, provider selection forms, and system change requests accurately while meeting strict quality and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key member and provider first-time claims accurately into system databases.
- Track and process member portal change requests and provider selection updates.
- Process provider terminations, membership moves, and termination letter requests.
- Retrieve and process returned mail, manually reassigning provider selections as needed.
- Maintain a minimum 98.5% quality accuracy standard and meet target production metrics.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in high-volume data entry or general office administration.
- strong typing, computer literacy, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Dedicated home workspace with high-speed, reliable internet (hotspot backup required).
- Ability to work mandatory overtime during peak volume periods.
- Preferred: Prior experience with healthcare claims data entry.
